T850-Color Crystal Series

T850-color crystal series is a high-performance two-component glass ink developed for inconvenient high temperature or no baking conditions. The cured coating film has good adhesion, water resistance and chemical resistance, and also has high surface hardness and wear resistance.

Scope of application: conventionally used for ordinary glass, physical tempered glass.

Performance characteristics: Its significant advantages are shown in the characteristics of environmental protection, low irritating odor, good thixotropic structure and slow drying speed, etc.

How to use:
①Before use, please add matching T850-900G curing agent and appropriate amount of diluent according to the proportion of 12-15%, and stir evenly before printing.

②The recommended baking temperature is 160℃, and the curing time is 10-15min. Please confirm whether it is feasible under other conditions, so as not to affect the quality of the finished product.
③When multi-layer printing, the first layer can be cured at 160℃×5min, and the second layer can be cured at 160℃×10-15min to ensure the quality.
④The selection and dosage of thinner depends entirely on the printing mesh number, environmental conditions and printing effect to adjust.

Storage conditions: ① Before and after use, the ink container should be completely sealed and stored in a cool and ventilated place to avoid contact with open flame or high temperature.
