T830A glass pad printing, electroplating hardening, vehicle series

T830A series ink is a three-liquid reaction baking high-performance ink developed and produced to meet the requirements of screen printing, pad printing and vehicle-mounted technology proposed by the specific touch screen industry, high temperature resistance, no discoloration and excellent UV aging resistance. In addition to adhesion, excellent physical resistance and chemical resistance, its significant advantages are shown in temperature resistance, UV resistance, and the advantages of a wide range of material applications.

Scope of application: sapphire glass, physical toughened glass, chemically strengthened glass, electroplating materials, hardened materials, etc.

How to use:
① Before use, please add the matching T850-GW1000 curing agent according to the proportion of 10%, stir evenly, then add AD165=3% and an appropriate amount of thinner, and then stir evenly before printing.

②The recommended baking temperature is 160℃ and the time is 20min. Please confirm whether it is feasible under other conditions, so as not to affect the quality of the finished product.
③When multi-layer printing, the initial layer can be cured at 160℃×5min, the middle layer can be cured at 160℃×5min, and the last bottom layer can be cured at 160℃×20min to ensure the quality.
④The selection and dosage of thinner depends entirely on the printing mesh number, environmental conditions and printing effect to adjust.

Storage conditions: ① Before and after use, the ink container should be completely sealed and stored in a cool and ventilated place to avoid contact with open flame or high temperature.
