T822-Bridge Light Oil
T822-QJ110/8# is a three-component high-performance product developed for the offset printing process of PC+PMMA composite sheet as a bridge. It is a medium-dry low-corrosive solvent-based ink, which can provide excellent adhesion and excellent transparency flow. It has the characteristics of flatness, good chemical resistance, excellent tensile resistance, and no whitening when boiled.
Applicable printing range: PC+PMMA composite board and composite electroplating materials, etc.

Operation instructions:
① Please stir fully before use to avoid separation of additives, but it does not affect the effect and performance of the product.
②The recommended baking temperature is 70℃, the time is 10-20min, and the final curing time is 70℃×60-90min. For other conditions, please confirm whether it is feasible first, so as not to affect the quality of the finished product.
③Please choose the matching thinner of our company according to the printing requirements. The selection and dosage of the diluent depends entirely on the number of printing meshes, environmental conditions and printing effects.
Note:
①Before printing, please make a trial printing to prevent the quality from not meeting the required requirements due to differences in the types of substrates.
② Before printing, it is necessary to first consider removing the oil stains and dust on the surface of the printing material.
③The oil added with curing agent must be disposed of, and cannot be included in the ink without curing agent.
Storage conditions: ① Before and after use, the ink container should be completely sealed and stored in a cool and ventilated place to avoid contact with open flame or high temperature.
