5. Attention to issues:
a. Please make sure to conduct a trial print before printing to prevent the quality from failing to meet the required standards due to differences in plastic types.
b. When poor adhesion or printing process issues arise after printing, it is highly likely that the cause is the migration of plasticizers or other additives from the plastic to the surface. It is also worth considering whether static electricity may be the reason. It is recommended to clean with alcohol or white spirit.
c. The diluent can be adjusted within the range of 20-30%, depending entirely on the mesh size, environmental conditions, and printing effects to regulate the ink viscosity.
Due to differences in the substrates being printed on, there may be corresponding differences in drying. Please confirm the actual drying method and drying time according to the target to ensure post-printing quality.
e. Before and after use, the ink containers of this series should be completely sealed and stored in a cool and ventilated place to avoid contact
