The T805 series is specifically developed for various materials requiring high printing quality. It is a semi-gloss, slow-drying solvent-based ink. It exhibits excellent printing stability and can fully meet the needs of both screen printing and pad printing, especially suitable for operations under higher temperature and humidity conditions.
1. Scope of application: Conventional thermoplastic materials such as acrylic, ABS, PC, PETG, PS, hard and soft PVC boards, sheets, transparent films, plastic signs, nameplates, paper, light boxes, advertisements, calligraphy and paintings, and treated PET.
2. Performance characteristics: High color concentration, slow-drying ink, with a smooth, delicate, and rich texture. Excellent printability, superior adhesion, alcohol resistance, and glue resistance. Suitable for printing fine lines and text. It is also a low-odor, aromatic ink. Due to its excellent toughness, it can withstand vacuum forming and high-temperature molding without causing surface cracking.

4. Usage:
a. Please stir the ink thoroughly before use to prevent possible separation of the special additives added to the ink. b. It is necessary to consider removing oil stains and dust from the surface of the printing material before printing.
c. Please select a diluent from our company’s three types: fast, medium, and slow, based on the actual environmental conditions of the assignment. d. Please select the appropriate screen correctly based on the desired printing effect: 77 lines to 150 lines per centimeter.
e. To achieve excellent printing effects for fine lines, patterns, and text, our temporary setting paste can be added to better prevent the diffusion, burrs, and blurring of the printing ink layer.
5. Attention to issues:
a. Please make sure to conduct a trial print before printing to prevent the quality from failing to meet the required standards due to differences in plastic types.
b. When poor adhesion or printing process issues arise after printing, it is highly likely that the cause is the migration of plasticizers or other additives from the plastic to the surface. It is also worth considering whether static electricity may be the reason. It is recommended to clean with alcohol or white spirit.
c. The diluent can be adjusted within the range of 20-30%, depending entirely on the mesh size, environmental conditions, and printing effects to regulate the ink viscosity.
Due to differences in the substrates being printed on, there may be corresponding differences in drying. Please confirm the actual drying method and drying time according to the target to ensure post-printing quality.
e. Before and after use, the ink containers of this series should be completely sealed and stored in a cool and ventilated place, avoiding exposure to open flames or high temperatures.
f. The shelf life of this series of products is one year from the date of production. Please reconfirm their usability if they exceed the shelf life.
