T800 series

T 800 series is a four-color dot ink professionally designed for the advertising industry. It is made of high-grade pigments, mixed with appropriate resins, functional additives and special solvents. It has the advantages of strong weather resistance and excellent printability. Therefore, it has a product with good film-forming visual perception, strong three-dimensional effect, and excellent weather resistance. Its printability is also very stable, and it has excellent anti-sticking, adhesion, abrasion resistance and scratch resistance.

Suitable for printing: conventional thermoplastics such as acrylic, ABS, PC, PS, hard and soft PVC boards, nameplates, paper, light boxes, advertising posters, and processed PET, etc.

① Please fully stir before use to avoid the separation phenomenon of the auxiliary agent, and it will not affect the effect and performance of the product.

②The recommended baking temperature is 60-70℃ and the time is 10min. For other conditions, please confirm whether it is feasible first, so as not to affect the quality of the finished product.

③Please choose our company’s fast, medium and slow thinners according to your printing needs. The selection and dosage of the diluent depends entirely on the number of printing meshes, environmental conditions and printing effects.
