This product is an associated ink specially designed for the glass material used in the touch screen manufacturing industry to temporarily play a certain protective role during processing. It has good printing adaptability, moderate drying, excellent protection, weak corrosion, and easy to return. Film, no residue and other characteristics.

Operation process:

①This product is a two-component heat-curable ink, which can be printed after adding 10% of AD156 curing agent and stirring it evenly.

②In accordance with the production requirements, ensure the cleanliness of the substrate before printing, and remove the oil, dust and other pollutants on the surface of the substrate. Due to various factors such as process and substrate, the use and application of the product will be affected. In order to ensure stable production, customers should make the first step in advance. After testing, it will be put into mass production.

③ Please choose a suitable squeegee according to the actual printing requirements. It is recommended to use 75-80 degrees, and the screen plate should be printed with 200-300 mesh.

④ It can be directly heated and dried after printing. The recommended baking temperature is 150℃×10-15 min. Because the drying temperature is too high and the time is too long, the subsequent deinking process will be prolonged.

⑤ After the other processes are completed, the film can be removed by soaking in A350 ink removal solution at 75°C for 1-3 minutes and then ultrasonically cleaned, and there is no residue after removal of the film.

⑥After the ink is opened and used, the storage container should be completely sealed and stored in a cool and ventilated place.

⑦ The shelf life of this series of products is 5 months from the date of production. When the expiration date is exceeded, please re-test to confirm whether it can be used.

⑧ Protective gloves should be worn during the film removal process. If it accidentally sticks to the skin, please rinse immediately with water.
