T850-KM5800 ink is a two-component, baking-type, high-performance insulating ink developed to meet the environmental and odor-free requirements for printing in enclosed, dust-free workshops. In addition to excellent adhesion, superior physical resistance, and chemical resistance, its notable advantages include environmental compliance, absence of irritating odors, a lower water contact angle, higher surface tension, a good thixotropic structure, excellent print adaptability, absence of discoloration, and no oil shrinkage phenomenon.
Scope of application: Physically tempered glass, chemically strengthened glass.

1. Usage:
a. Before use, please add 10% of the matching T850-ZY900 curing agent and an appropriate amount of diluent, and mix them thoroughly before printing.
b. The recommended baking temperature is 160℃ for 10-15 minutes. For other conditions, please confirm their feasibility first to avoid affecting the quality of the finished product.

c. When printing multiple layers, the first layer can be cured at 160℃ for 10 minutes, and the second layer can be cured at 160℃ for 15 minutes to ensure quality.
The selection and dosage of diluent completely depend on the printing mesh size, environmental conditions, and printing effects, and are adjusted accordingly.
2. Storage conditions:
Before and after use, the ink containers of this series should be completely sealed and stored in a cool and ventilated place, avoiding exposure to open flames or high temperatures.
3. Shelf life:
The shelf life of this series of products is one year from the date of production. Please reconfirm their usability if they are expired.
