The company’s temperature-resistant series ink is a two-component baking high-performance ink developed and produced to meet the requirements of high-temperature baking without discoloration and excellent UV resistance proposed by the specific touch screen industry. It has good adhesion and excellent physical properties. In addition to resistance and chemical resistance, its significant advantages are shown in the advantages of temperature resistance and UV resistance.

Scope of application: physical tempered glass, chemical tempered glass.

1. Usage:
a. Before use, please add 10% of the matching T8S50-GK900 curing agent and an appropriate amount of diluent, stir well before printing (for this series of transparent oil/black/color/silver oil, the curing agent needs to be added at 15%
b. The recommended baking temperature is 160-180℃, with a duration of 15-20 minutes. For other conditions, please confirm their feasibility first to avoid affecting the quality of the finished product.
c. When printing multiple layers, the initial layer can be cured at 160℃ for 10 minutes, the middle layer can be cured at 160℃ for 5 minutes, and the final layer can be cured at 180℃ for 15 minutes to ensure quality.
d. The selection of diluent type and its dosage are entirely adjusted based on the screen mesh count, environmental conditions, and printing effects.

2. Storage conditions:
Before and after use, the ink containers of this series should be completely sealed and stored in a cool and ventilated place, avoiding exposure to open flames or high temperatures.
3. Shelf life:
The shelf life of this series of products is one year from the date of production. Please reconfirm their usability if they are beyond the expiration date.
