1. Dilution:

This product is a monovalent heat-curable ink, which can be used directly after fully stirring and standing for 5-10 minutes: under normal conditions, no diluent is required. If it needs to be diluted according to the printing conditions, the company's L16 special thinner Or directly add tap water to dilute, and the amount of addition can be controlled by yourself;

2. Substrate treatment:

This product is processed in accordance with the production requirements to ensure the surface cleanliness of the substrate and ensure that the substrate surface is free from stains, grease or other pollutants;

3. Printing:

250-350 mesh screen plate can be selected according to the actual film thickness; 75-80 degree squeegee printing, the printing thickness is about 4-8 um;

4. Drying:

After printing, it can be directly dried, and the recommended conditions are 150℃-180℃*3-5min; if the actual drying conditions are higher temperature or longer, it will not affect the subsequent stripping conditions;

5. Removal of film:

After drying and covering, etc., the film can be stripped under the conditions of 40-60°C* conventional ultrasonic cleaning solution for about 5sec or pure aqueous solution at 40-60°C for about 5sec (the defilming time is the same when the pure water at room temperature is 25°C), and the film is removed. No residue left behind the film.

6. Precautions:

After drying and covering, etc., the film can be stripped under the conditions of 40-60°C* conventional ultrasonic cleaning solution for about 5sec or pure aqueous solution at 40-60°C for about 5sec (the defilming time is the same when the pure water at room temperature is 25°C), and the film is removed. No residue left behind the film.

7. Storage conditions:

After the ink is opened and used, the storage container should be completely sealed and stored in a cool and ventilated place.

8. Shelf life:

This series of products has a shelf life of 1 year from the date of production. Please reconfirm the availability when the expiration date is exceeded.
