KB-BH03 peelable blue glue ink

Operation instructions:

①This product is a one-component thermosetting ink, and it is recommended to fully stir for 10 minutes before use, and the dispersion temperature should not exceed 40 ℃ "It is easy to cause gelation". Use after standing for 10 minutes.

②There is no need to add diluent under normal conditions. If it needs to be diluted according to the printing conditions, it must be diluted with AD173 special diluent of our company, and the addition amount is 5%.

③The recommended baking temperature is 140℃-160℃ and the time is 20-30min. Please confirm whether it is feasible under other conditions, so as not to affect the quality of the finished product.

④According to printing needs, it is recommended to use 150-200 mesh screen; 75 degree squeegee printing, the printing thickness is about 25-30um;

⑤ After curing is completed and completely cold, you can tear it off by hand or with tweezers or pull it off with 3M tape.

Precautions:

①According to the production requirements, ensure the cleanliness of the substrate before printing, and remove the oil, dust and other pollutants on the surface of the substrate. Due to various factors such as process and substrate, the use and application of the product will be affected. To ensure stable production, customers should make the first step in advance. After testing, it will be put into mass production.

②This product is not easy to print with low viscosity, so pay attention to the control of printing viscosity when adjusting oil.

Storage conditions:

①After the ink is opened and used, the storage container should be completely sealed and stored in a cool and ventilated place, avoiding contact with open flame or high temperature.
