T850-Lens 3D pad printing series is a pad printing ink specially developed for special-shaped materials that are inconvenient for silk screen printing. In addition to good pad printing performance, this series of inks also have very high viscosity stability and exceptional use time. The cured film layer has good adhesion, various physical and chemical resistance.
Scope of application: conventionally used for physical toughened glass and chemical toughened glass.

How to use:
①Before use, please add matching T850-MG900 curing agent and appropriate amount of diluent according to the proportion of 10%, and stir well before printing.
②The recommended baking temperature is 160℃, and the time is 10-20min. Please confirm whether it is feasible under other conditions, so as not to affect the quality of the finished product.
③When multi-layer printing, the first layer can be cured at 160℃×5-8min, and the second layer can be cured at 160℃×20min to ensure the quality.
④The selection and dosage of thinner depends entirely on the printing mesh number, environmental conditions and printing effect to adjust.
Storage conditions: ① Before and after use, the ink container should be completely sealed and stored in a cool and ventilated place to avoid contact with open flame or high temperature.
