T850-Lens series
T850-lens series is a two-component glass insulating ink developed to meet the high performance requirements of the touch screen industry. The cured coating film has good adhesion, water resistance and excellent chemical resistance, as well as good printing adaptability It has the advantages of high surface hardness and wear resistance, excellent surface tension and so on.
Scope of application: conventionally used for physical toughened glass and chemical toughened glass.
Performance characteristics: Its significant advantages are in compliance with environmental protection, no irritating odor, high surface tension, good thixotropic structure (not easy to change in size), dry speed, moderate corrosion and other characteristics.

How to use:
①Before use, please add matching T850-ZY900 curing agent and appropriate amount of diluent according to the proportion of 10%, and stir well before printing.
②The recommended baking temperature is 160℃, and the time is 10-20min. Please confirm whether it is feasible under other conditions, so as not to affect the quality of the finished product.
③When multi-layer printing, the first layer can be cured at 160℃×5-8min, and the second layer can be cured at 160℃×20min to ensure the quality.
④The selection and dosage of thinner depends entirely on the printing mesh number, environmental conditions and printing effect to adjust.
Storage conditions: ① Before and after use, the ink container should be completely sealed and stored in a cool and ventilated place to avoid contact with open flame or high temperature.

Shelf life: ① This series of products has a shelf life of 1 year from the date of production. Please re-confirm the availability when the expiration date is exceeded.
