T850 Lens 3D Pad Printing Series is a professionally developed pad printing ink specifically designed for non-standard materials that are difficult to screen print. This series of inks not only has good transfer printing performance, but also has very high viscosity stability and extraordinary usage time. The cured film layer has good adhesion, various physical and chemical resistance.
Scope of application: Commonly used for physical tempered glass and chemical tempered glass.

Usage:
① Before use, please add the matching T850-MG900 curing agent and an appropriate amount of diluent in a ratio of 10%, and stir thoroughly before printing.
② The recommended baking temperature is 160 ℃ and the time is 10-20 minutes. Please confirm if other conditions are feasible first to avoid affecting the quality of the finished product.
③ When printing multiple layers, the first layer can be cured at 160 ℃ for 5-8 minutes, and the second layer can be cured at 160 ℃ for 20 minutes to ensure quality.
④ The selection and dosage of diluent depend entirely on the printing mesh size, environmental conditions, and printing effect.
Storage conditions: ① Before and after use, the ink container of this series should be completely sealed and stored in a cool and ventilated place, avoiding contact with open flames or high temperatures.
