850-107/60 High-concentration glossy white ink

T850-107/60 is a two-component glass ink developed to meet the high-performance requirements of the touchscreen industry. The cured coating film exhibits excellent adhesion, water resistance, and chemical resistance, as well as good printability, high surface hardness, and wear resistance.
Scope of application: Typically used for ordinary glass and tempered glass.

1. Performance characteristics:
Its notable advantages include its environmental friendliness, excellent hiding power, good thixotropic structure (less prone to dimensional changes), medium drying speed, and low corrosivity.
2. Usage:
a. Before use, please add 10% of the matching T850-ZY900 curing agent and an appropriate amount of diluent, and mix them thoroughly before printing.
b. The recommended baking temperature is 130-150℃, with a duration of 15 minutes. For other conditions, please confirm their feasibility first to avoid affecting the quality of the finished product.
c. When printing multiple layers, the first layer can be cured at 130℃ for 8 minutes, the second layer can be cured at 130℃ for 8 minutes, and the last layer can be cured at 130-150℃ for 20 minutes until it is fully cured to ensure quality.
The selection and dosage of diluent are entirely dependent on the printing screen mesh size, environmental conditions, and printing effects.

3. Storage conditions:
Before and after use, the ink containers of this series should be completely sealed and stored in a cool and ventilated place, avoiding exposure to open flames or high temperatures.
4. Shelf life:
The shelf life of this series of products is one year from the date of production. Please reconfirm their usability if they exceed the expiration date.
