PP screen printing ink testing method (after complete drying):
1. Glue paper adheres to the surface of PP silk screen ink with hundreds of grids, and quickly pulls up at a 45 degree angle without peeling off the oil;
2. Industrial alcohol with a purity of 99%, one kilogram of weight wrapped in cotton cloth on the surface of the ink, pulled back and forth 200 times with horizontal force without fading;
3. Wear resistant: Use an eraser with 500g force to rub back and forth 500 times horizontally.
PP screen printing ink usage method:
1. Mix thoroughly before use and seal immediately after use;
2. Add 10-15% oil-water mixture during stirring, dilute to printing viscosity;
3. When the mesh board is blocked, it can be cleaned with mesh washing water;
4. Do not mix with other types of ink for use.
Precautions for PP silk screen ink:
1. The appearance of plastic materials is similar, but they may be different materials. Customers need to try printing to confirm that they meet the requirements before mass printing;
2. During the transfer printing process, if there is any drawing or scattering, some slow drying paste can be added appropriately;
3. If the ambient temperature is too high, it will affect the original quality of the ink;
4. According to climate change, please keep away from sources of fire and store in a dark environment.
