Description

1. Operation instructions:

a. This product is a one-component thermosetting ink. It is recommended to fully stir for 10 minutes before use, and the dispersion temperature should not exceed 40 ℃ "It is easy to cause gelation". Use after standing for 10 minutes.

b. Under normal conditions, there is no need to add diluent. If it needs to be diluted according to printing conditions, it must be diluted with our company's L11 special diluent, and the addition amount is 5-8%. Colorful ink

c. The recommended baking temperature is 140℃-160℃ and the time is 20-30min. For other conditions, please confirm whether it is feasible or not, so as not to affect the quality of the finished product.

d. According to printing needs, it is recommended to use 150-250-mesh screen; 75 degree squeegee printing, the printing thickness is about 25-30um;

e. After the curing is completed and completely cold, it can be peeled off by hand or with tweezers or 3M tape.

2. Notes:

In order to ensure the smooth processing of production, it is necessary to ensure the cleanliness of the surface of the substrate and remove the pollutants on the surface of the substrate. This product is not easy to print with low viscosity. Pay attention to the control of printing viscosity when adjusting oil.

3. Storage conditions:

After the ink is opened and used, the storage container should be completely sealed and stored in a cool and ventilated place to avoid contact with open flame or high temperature.

4. Shelf life:

This series of products has a shelf life of 5 months/25°C from the date of production. When the expiration date is exceeded, please re-validate and test to confirm whether it can be used.
